Customer satisfaction

To continuously improve our customer service, not only do we ask all our customers to rate their experience with us on an annual basis, we also use transactional assessments, asking customers to score their experience on the purchase and rollout of a product or service upon delivery.

This gives our team insight into customer sentiment when respondents are most likely to be honest and allows our business to adapt and implement necessary changes at a time when it’s most practical. It also provides us with a Net Promotor Score (NPS), which indicates to us how they feel about our service.

We achieved a class-leading average NPS of +75 in 2023 on orders delivered.

While we’re proud of our score, our real target is to use the insights we gather to ensure that we’re delivering the best products, services and customer experience at all times. Feedback from these surveys has led to more investment in resource where our customers feel pain, improved service management and produced a more streamlined customer experience.

Our certifications

We are certified in the following categories: ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO27001 Information Security Management System, ISO14001 Environment Management System, ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, ISO45003:2021 Psychological Health and Safety at work and ISO20000-1 IT Service Management System. We are also Cyber Essentials Plus certified and regulated in the UK under the Telecoms Security Act.

We are accredited to sell solutions to the public sector on a number of frameworks, including; RM1557.13 G-Cloud 13, RM6116 Network Services 3 Lot 1A and RM6095 Gigabit Capable Connectivity DPS.
