I began working for Neos Networks in May 2019 as a Marketing Executive, and with the help of my line manager, I was able to advance my education through a variety of development opportunities, allowing me to become a Marketing Campaigns Manager. It's a workplace that is constantly evolving and I'm excited to be a part of the organisation’s expansion.
During my time at Neos Networks, I've worked with some great people and teams to drive continuous change and improvement across the company. I believe that the business truly values its people and the work that we do.
At Neos Networks there is always opportunities to learn, grow and develop. The supportive culture here has always meant I’ve felt comfortable to be myself and have the confidence to continually push myself and accept new challenges. Neos Networks recognises the contributions people make to the company and how important it is to celebrate success around the business.
Neos Networks combines the strength of a small company flexibility, agility and fellowship, but with the maturity and strength from our legacy utility background and wider family. This places us in a unique position which makes for lots of challenges, and most importantly, no day is ever the same.
