Why Neos?

Meet our people

Amanda leads our Internal Communications team, having joined us from SSE, where she worked in a similar role for six years.
Since joining us, she’s helped launch our new brand and values, played a key part in our separation and transformation programme, and significantly improved our internal comms and platforms.

Clayton has been with Neos Networks – and previously SSE – for over 30 years. He began as an Electrical Technician and worked his way up through various engineering roles to become Head of Network Operations, a position he’s held for almost a decade.
He now leads our 24/7 Network Operations Centre (NOC), responsible for the build and support of our network and customer services.

Leon began his career at Southern Water, where he spent over eight years working with geographical information systems, showing telecoms networks against a map background.
He joined Neos Networks as a Fibre Optic Network Designer in 2014. He helps to design new routes across our UK-wide fibre network, supporting the growth and development of our national reach.

Before joining us in 2020, Darron held senior telecom leadership roles across operations, engineering and architecture for over 20 years.
He’s led teams that have delivered Europe-wide backbone networks, B2B and B2C core networks in the UK, the NTL and Telewest network merger, and major transformations in data centres and access networks.
Today, Darron is Chief Enterprise Architect and Cyber Security Officer, responsible for defining and executing enterprise architecture and cyber security strategies across the company.

Georgina joined Neos Networks as a contractor in 2019, and joined permanently in 2020 as a Product Business Manager. She’s currently Product Portfolio Manager, responsible for managing business outcomes for product, whether commercial, financial or delivery-focused.
Georgina leads her team’s communications strategy across our stakeholder community, ensuring colleagues have access to product knowledge and education, so everyone feels empowered.

Paula joined Neos Networks as an HR Manager in 2021, having previously held the same role at SSE, where she focused on building a diverse and engaged workforce.
She works with managers across the business to help align their people strategy with HR priorities. She also coaches and supports them on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including resourcing and reward, organisational design, performance management and talent.

Craig joined Neos Networks in 2017 in our NOC Support Team and was soon seconded to be a Voice Technician, before returning to the NOC as an engineer.
He became heavily involved in documentation and auditing, which led to his move into our Business Assurance Team. He’s now responsible for managing multiple frameworks, overseeing internal and external audits, and ensuring adherence to five ISO standards.

With an impressive HR background, Vicky joined us as HR Director in 2019. She’s responsible for creating and delivering our people strategy – building an ambitious, growth-focused culture that helps our people and the company achieve their goals.
Before Neos Networks, Vicky was HR Director at Timico and Alternative Networks Plc.

Sam joined Neos Networks in 2019 as a Network Operations Centre (NOC) Technical Support Analyst, dealing with customer faults and ticket management.
He has since progressed to Junior Tier 3 Network Engineer and is currently a Commercial Data Engineer. He spends his time configuring new network services and supporting the maintenance of our networks.

Jack joined us in 2018, having previously worked in the food and beverage industry in credit control.
On joining us, Jack started in an entry-level role as an Accounts Analyst. In 2020, he became CIMA qualified (with support from Neos Networks) and was promoted first to an accountant role and then to an FP&A manager position within Commercial Finance.
Today, as an FP&A & Opex Manager, he focuses on financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, among other responsibilities.

Praise started his career in the health care sector as an M&A analyst, before moving to Neos Networks in 2021 as a Graduate Commercial Analyst.
He’s now a Finance Business Partner, providing financial analysis to support cost reporting and cost efficiency initiatives. He works closely with the Customer Delivery teams and is involved in FP&A and process improvement workstreams in Commercial Finance.
