Lee has spent nearly 25 years in privately funded technology businesses. Prior to joining Neos Networks, Lee held many senior roles including CEO of leading data centre operator, Kao Data, CCO of Epsilon and various senior roles at Interoute.

Craig oversees the company’s financial, commercial, governance, legal and procurement functions. Craig is a seasoned financial professional with an abundance of experience in the telecoms sector having worked in various senior roles for BT Global Services, Colt Technology Services and most recently Epsilon.
Matt Rees
Chief Technology & Operating Officer
As Chief Technology & Operating Officer, Matt's role is concentrated on ensuring the smooth running of our network as well as the delivery and rollout of our network technology strategy.
He comes with a wealth of experience having been in the industry for over 20 years, with the majority of his career at NTL (more recently known as VMo2 and Liberty Global).

David comes with a wealth of industry experience, having held several senior sales roles at major telcos, including Vodafone Group, Virgin Media Business and Global Cloud Xchange (GCX).
